The Context Based Research Group is a US based research and innovation consultancy. As part of an international research project research was carried out to understand how people manage their personal finances. The research also mapped participants’ interaction with different financial service brands in the UK.
Core role:
Research
Carrying out research using a range of different tools (contextual interviews, cultural media sweep, participant observation);
Escorting client into the ‘field’ on a home visit to a research participant’s home.
