User Centred Design Research Guide, WRAP

Creating a toolkit for designers – demonstrating the importance of user centred design

WRAP (Waste & Resources Action Programme) works in partnership to encourage and enable businesses and consumers to be more efficient in their use of materials and recycle more things more often. This helps to minimise landfill, reduce carbon emissions and improve our environment. The challenge was to develop an inclusive guide for packaging designers to promote the use of user centred design.

We carried out research to develop a user centred design research guide for designers.

A guide on user centred design research for product and packaging designers. The ‘guide’ covered the different stages of user centred research, the types of research tools, ways to analyse the research and developing concepts and prototyping.
