Research projects typically involve three stages:
Efficient research planning – we plan research carefully, recruiting skilfully, testing and refining research concepts meticulously before embarking on live research work. This leads to focused research programmes that are optimised in terms of delivering results efficiently.
Research – we carry out research into human behaviour in the everyday context of participant’s lives as it is acted out in reality.
Data analysis – we make recommendations as to how the results of user research may be applied to clients’ product/service offer leading to enhanced user/consumer/community experiences. This provides real and applicable insight upon which clients can act
During the project we work on the ground with clients so that they can observe the process and engage in the research with us.
